The Foghorn Podcast

In this episode I talk to Akshita who is a studying Business Management.

She talks about the dangers of comparing yourself to others and how this can lead to feelings of anxiety and many other uncomfortable emotions. Self-comparing and being under extreme pressure led her to experience anxiety attacks which didn’t help her achieve the high grades.
She says making mistakes is okay and if you are too hard on yourself it will never work out for you.
Her motto is: go with the flow, be yourself put yourself before anyone else, slowly and steadily make progress.

Tune in to be inspired 🙂
