Coaching emotional intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 assessment
Coaching is a framework that can be used to foster clients’ emotional wellbeing by clarifying and removing barriers along the way. One topic that gets a lot of attention in coaching is emotions. Participants will observe a live debriefing of the EQ-i 2.0 report with a real client.
