Eric is a seasoned executive coach and management consultant with over 25 years’ professional experience in Asia, Europe, USA and Australia.

Eric is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and on ICF’s Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Cultural Committee (2022 – 2024). Eric has an MBA, USA and a BSc (Honours), Australia and worked at senior levels at KPMG in Australia and London.

Leona Wan

Leona is a passionate coach. Her mission is to promote and sustain her clients’ successes. She specializes in inspiring her clients to deliver their personal best. In her most recent appointments with MNCs, she supported her clients to excel in their leadership competencies and to engage their teams to deliver higher performance.

Leona is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), American Board of NLP Master Coach and a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia.

Kenneth combines his extensive board experience as a listco Chairman and independent director with his passion for corporate sustainability and executive leadership coaching to empower organisations and leaders to drive sustainable growth.

20+ years in corporate management has honed his understanding of building successful organisations. He leverages his experience to help organisations achieve sustainable business success and develop their executives and leadership teams through coaching and mentoring.

Kenneth is a Professional Certified Coach and an Ambassador of the ICF Foundation.

Alex Fong

As a business leader, Alex leads the creation of innovative and sustainable solutions in electronics manufacturing, lighting, power, and energy that enhance the quality of life and the environment. He holds the Fellow credentials from the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport International. He also serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards of three public companies listed in Hong Kong and Singapore. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at HKU Business School and CUHK Business School, a certified counsellor and coach.
