ICF South Africa Chapter

🇿🇦 ICF South Africa began a Thought Leadership initiative in 2020 by offering ICF members a monthly writing circle.

The chapter wished to create visibility for professional coaches to showcase their work in the public domain. 🌎🌍🌏 This included publishing articles, writing Linked In posts, composing newsletters and publishing chapters in books.

They also wanted to encourage and support professional coaches to make use of writing, for example via journaling, writing poetry, or reflecting on their coaching experiences, in order to promote well- being and prevent burn out. ✏️ 💻
