Zsofia has been coaching since 2004 and works with global organizations. She coaches and works with leaders at all levels. Zsofia is also a mentor coach and coaching supervisor.

Prior to coaching Zsofia worked in HR leadership roles at AstraZeneca and Walt Disney and most recently was the President of the ICF Australasia Queensland Branch.
Apart from local volunteering she served on the ICF Professional Coaches organization’s global nominating committee for 4 years.

Zsofia has lived in five countries on four continents and coaches in English and Hungarian.

In celebration of International Coaching Week, I am offering a pro-bono coaching session for executives focused on developing their leadership skills.
Select topics can be: influence, effectiveness, team engagement, time management, emotional regulation.
