Donna is an experienced executive and Chief People Officer with over a decade of coaching expertise, primarily gained internally across organisations ranging from start-ups to global enterprises, offering a deep understanding of challenges faced by leaders. Donna's formal coaching journey began in 2016 through postgraduate studies specialising in wellness coaching, and she is currently pursuing ACC accreditation with the ICF. Having walked in the shoes of executive leaders, she now partners with executive leaders offering a coaching style rooted in honesty, integrity, and unlocking potential.
