What Coaches actually do to Learn and Develop: Implications for Coach development Practice and Research

Research on coaches’ learning and development is limited. While many courses focus on skills aligned with competency frameworks, our study (Rajasinghe et al., 2022) suggests this approach falls short. Session Takeaways:
