Vina is a credentialed professional coach and is currently Senior Director for Wellness and Resiliency for TaskUs, leading a team 50+ Senior Managers and Professional Coaches supporting more than 45,000 Teammates across Asia. Prior to this role, Vina was an Executive/Leadership Coach and OD Consultant serving multiple industries. She has more than 30 years of extensive experience in leadership, OD, and learning. She has led the execution of L&D programs for different leadership levels across industries.
