Coaching and Leadership Conference 2024 “RESPONSIBILITY”
The Coaching Conference is aimed at raising awareness for both coaches and leaders. Coaches will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge by listening to notable speakers from outside Estonia, including Lion Goodman (USA), Rae T. Choise (Canada), Sam Isaacson (UK), John Blakey (UK), and Catherine Tanneau (France). In addition to the main stage, leadership focus rooms, and education focus rooms, there is a dedicated focus room for coaches to elevate their awareness and advance their coaching education.
This is the largest coaching conference in Estonia, featuring insights from 30 top professionals from around the world. We expect 600 participants who are interested in increasing their coaching awareness.

The Coaching and Leadership Conference "Responsibility" offers various activities to raise awareness. Coaches have the opportunity to provide short coaching sessions, create their own inspiration stage, introduce themselves and get to know other coaches, and enhance both their own and others' awareness of coaching ethics, technological possibilities, and participate in masterclasses led by top-level coaches. The conference features a main stage, as well as focus rooms for education, leadership, and coaching, each with its own program and speakers. Maximum participants: 600
