Cognitive Behavioral 3rd Wave approaches
In this webinar, Jonathan Passmore will explore the cognitive behavioral approach and how it has developed over the past fifty years as a coaching intervention. He will share some useful CBT tools before exploring a small selection of third-wave approaches that are being translated from therapy for use in coaching. He will explain the models and share some tools coaches can adopt as part of their practice.
