ICF Oman is a local chapter of the global organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the coaching profession in Oman. We strive to build a community of highly trained and skilled coaches, uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, and provide opportunities for coaches to connect, learn and grow.

Badriya Al Khaifi

Badriya is an experienced coach with PCC level, with 20 years demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. As an education professional graduated from University of Essex, she is skilled in Research, Management, Customer Service, Higher Education, and Public Speaking.

Currently serving the community of Professional Coaches in Oman as Vice-President, she aims to strengthen our collective impact in shaping a future where coaching transforms lives and drives meaningful progress in Oman and beyond.

Fatma Al Ajmi

Fatma is a passionate educator with a dual role! By day, she challenges young minds in the classroom as a Lecturer. By calling, she empowers individuals to reach their full potential as a certified Life Coach. She believes clear goals and a supportive environment are key to success, both in academics and beyond. As a life coach she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and thrive. Her passion lies in empowering others to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential.

Echoes of Culture: Reflective Coaching Inspired by Oman’s Heritage

ICF Oman is delighted to collaborate with ICF Delhi NCR and ICF South Africa for the Global Cherish Coaching Festival, taking place from 15-19 February, via Zoom. As part of our contribution, ICF Oman will be hosting a special event where we merge the art of coaching with the vibrant cultural heritage of Oman. This session, jointly hosted by Badriya AlKhaifi and Fatma Al Ajmi, on behalf of ICF Oman Chapter, invites participants to explore the profound impact of visual prompts on self-reflection and coaching conversations.
