Evokes Awareness. Competency 7

Evoking awareness is ultimately what you aim for as a coach. Your client becomes (more) aware of their own strengths, desires, motives, potential, development themes, obstacles, new perspectives, etc., so that they can make their own decisions, find answers and solutions and take steps. As a coach, you have basically two ways to do this: asking questions and giving input.

In this webinar, we will address both aspects of this competency. With examples and exercises. It will also become clear how an assessor assesses this competency at ACC, PCC and MCC level.
