CIO Event – General Medical Council: Coaching ROI

In this thought-provoking Coaching in Organisations event, Amanda Leonard-Embury, Senior Learning and Organisational Development Partner and Jane Durkin, leader of GMC’s Corporate Social Responsibility work will:

· Share their journey in embedding a coaching culture at the GMC

· Share the key learnings from how GMC have approached ROI, quality assurance and the impact of coaching to date

· Offer an insight to the work of the GMC and comparisons between appraisal/revalidation of doctors and the CPD/supervision of coaches

· Open up discussions and invite suggestions, ideas and experiences from the group so our UK ICF coaching community can share and learn together. We will explore what other attendees do within their organisations to evaluate the impact of coaching, maintain investment/engagement and assure quality standards
