Global Cherish Coaching Festival – Embodied Storytelling: Moving Into Change
Movements, gestures, facial expressions, and body postures tell a story without words. The story moves the body, and the body moves the story—forever intertwined. South Africa has a rich tradition of storytelling through enactment, honoring the experiences of ancestors and preserving wisdom across generations. This session explores how to release stories that no longer serve us and, through movement, invite a new, consciously chosen story to emerge.
There are two parts to the session. In the first part, Dumisani Magadlela will deliver an inspiring address, followed by an immersive exploration of embodied storytelling led by Delphine Oliver. Additionally, Abas Alhassan will discuss the transformative impact of embracing a coaching culture within organisations. In the second part, you may opt to engage in a peer learning session, allowing you to time to experiment with the tools learned in the session.
We look forward to cherishing coaching together!
