ICF Coaching Science Community of Practice – Leveraging Cultural Diversity with COF Assessment

Join the ICF Coaching Science Community of Practice and Prof. Philippe Rosinski, MCC, on Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. – 12 Noon (New York) to explore how intercultural coaching can promote unity, sustainable performance, creativity, fulfillment and purpose.

You will be able to experiment with the COF assessment to discover your current cultural preferences and developmental opportunities for making the most of cultural diversity. The COF provides a vocabulary to understand cultural variations in how we communicate, manage time, organize ourselves, think, define our identity, and more generally engage in our various activities. The COF assessment can be applied at multiple interconnected levels: individual development, team development, organizational development, and societal progress.

*This session has been tentatively approved for 0.75 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units in Core Competencies and 0.75 CCE units in Resource Development.
