For nearly a decade, I coached individuals on healthy living and led group sessions at an American Indian Health Clinic, where the relationships I built were my greatest inspiration. In 2019, a transformative week in San Francisco helped me recognize my strengths and break through personal barriers through physical and mental challenges rooted in First Nation traditions. Since 2020, I’ve shifted my focus to life and career coaching, supporting a diverse range of clients—including entrepreneurs, leaders, students, and retirees—helping them gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in their journey

ICF Oregon Walk and Talk at Tualatin Hills Nature Park

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Tualatin Hills Nature Park, a peaceful oasis with paved and soft-surface trails winding through lush forests, wetlands, and meadows. Perfect for a rejuvenating walk, the mostly flat terrain offers an easy escape into nature, with chances to spot local wildlife along the way. (Keep an eye out for muddy spots after rain!)
