Mantain Deep Presence with Symbolic Thinking

In this session, participants will be guided to explore the “Maintaining Presence” competency, cultivating mindfulness and flexibility in the coaching process. Through a symbolic exercise, they will be invited to fill a symbolic quiz to explore who they are as coaches. In pairs, they will eplore the symolic aswers and reflect on how it manifests itself in their practice.

The activity will encourage active listening, openness to the present moment and trust in the flow of the conversation. The use of symbolism will allow for deep insights, facilitating a connection with intuition and spontaneity. At the end, each participant will share their learnings, strengthening their ability to remain present with curiosity and without judgment, promoting a safe and transformative space for the client.
