Jeremy May, from Winston-Salem, NC, is a certified Professional and Executive Coach through the International Coaching Federation. He is also an Executive Consultant at the Truist Leadership Institute in Greensboro, NC. In his role as a consultant he engages leaders across the footprint to help them practice self-awareness and develop stronger leadership skills.

The Value of an ICF Credential for Young Professionals

In 2022, ICF conducted our first State of Diversity audit, revealing that young professionals comprised 6.49% of our membership. Therefore, it is imperative that we continue to recruit, retain, and develop our young professional coaches as they are future leaders in the coaching industry. To do so, we must identify the value of an ICF credential for young professionals and recognize barriers, challenges, and other factors that may hinder them from pursuing a credential. Join host Dr. Aikyna Finch and three ICF credentialed coaches under the age of 40 who will share insights into their decision to obtain an ICF credential.
