Ms Lola Lola Chetti, MCC

Lola is a leadership specialist and organisational coach based in New York City. She has been working globally for 16 years and is affiliated as an adjunct coach with business schools in Europe. She has over 3500 hours of coaching experience. She holds a Master's in Consulting and Coaching for Change (Distinction) from INSEAD.
Lola is also one of the contributors of the Kindle best seller “ Becoming an ICF Credentialed Coach”

She Co-led the 2024 review of the Code of Ethics and is currently a team member of one of the teams working on the ICE statements.

In its ongoing commitment to developing and adapting in a complex and interconnected world, ICF has reviewed its Code of Ethics. Join us for this session where we will explore the newest changes to ICF’s Code of Ethics and gain insights into how these changes impact how you learn, live, and practice coaching. Lola Chetti, MCC co-led the 2024 review of the Code of Ethics, join us to learn what changes were made, why they are important, and what they mean for you as an ICF credentialed coach, your coaching practice, and our clients and partners.
