Lerae Gidyk, MCC

Lerae Gidyk, MCC, is a pioneer in the coaching industry and Director of Certification at Coaching Out of the Box®. A Master Certified Coach since 2006, she has been active in coach education and coaching in personal, leadership, and mentor coaching since 1999.

Known for her powerful intuition and ability to challenge perspectives, Lerae helps individuals and organizations unlock their full potential, fostering deeper commitment and engagement. She is the founder of Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. and co-founder of MCC2 International, providing mastery-level coach education worldwide

Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, PCC

Carolyn is a dynamic speaker and coach, known for her authenticity and professionalism in leadership and coach development.

She owns Morningstar Centre for Engagement in Ontario, and holds a CEC from Royal Roads University and a PCC from ICF. A Coach Educator, Facilitator, and Mentor Coach with Coaching Out of The Box® since 2018. Recognized as an ICF Thought Leader since 2017, she was honored in the 2024 ICF Coach Impact Awards and contributed to the development of ICF’s latest competency models. She currently serves on the ICF Mentor Coaching Advisory Committee.

BAM (Become A Mentor) Coach Certificate Program

The BAM (Become a Mentor) Coach Certificate Program is designed by Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. (SDCIL) and Morningstar Centre for Engagement (MCE) and delivered in collaboration with Coaching Out of The Box® by The International Coaching Group, who promote and support the program.
This virtual program consists of 1.5-hour sessions over eight weeks, with activities between classes to integrate and apply learning. It enhances knowledge, awareness, and practical application of ICF mentor coaching duties, traits, and competencies.
Participants who meet attendance and practicum requirements will earn a Certified Advanced Mentor Coach (CAMC) Levels 1 & 2 certificate. Completion of this program is also a prerequisite for the SDCIL/MCE Master Mentor Coaching (MMC) Program.
