COACHING WITH CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE

Understand how and in which measure culture affects our vision and our understanding of the world around us.
This program is designed for coaches who have undergone certified coaching training and who wish to strengthen their coaching skills by developing their “Cultural Intelligence”
The aim of the programme is to support coaches in 3 areas :
– The coach will develop his/her “cultural Intelligence” and will be able to integrate it as a complementary and transversal skill to the coaching skills
– The coach’s reflexivity, being able to understand the complexity of their client including cultural aspects (as required in the ICF competency standards).
– Assist their clients facing intercultural challenges by supporting them in the development of their own “Cultural Intelligence”.
This programme is practice-oriented, focusing on reflections and coaching exercises with a length of 4 modules of 4 hours each. There are inter-module work, with reading, exercises and reflections.
