Coaching with Spirit: Co-Creating Healing and Awakening

This Level 1 training is both a personal development workshop and a professional training. With a class limited to 36 students and eight monthly three-day sessions, it is an intimate and interactive experience.

Coaching with Spirit is a map of the human psyche, a method for healing and awakening, and a way of life. The model assumes all humans are whole and intrinsically endowed with everything needed to heal, grow, and love.

You will engage in your own healing and awakening, which will prepare you to help others transform.

You will learn to:
* Embody a grounded, open, and awake presence from which to coach
* Be in healing relationship with another
* Use fundamental coaching skills and strategies, including the core competencies as defined by the ICF
* Access your native gifts so you can live and coach from your true nature
* Dance with meta-skills, such as sitting in the mystery of silence, amplifying relational resonance, and trusting what is arising in the relational field

• Small cohort for individual attention
• 123 ICF Level 1 training hours
• 15 group mentoring hours
• 3 individual mentoring hours
• Level 1 performance evaluation

This training is designed for those who want to experience deep healing, so they can be in healing relationship with another from a grounded presence.
