Deeper Conversations Coaching CCEU Course (commencing March 11, 2024 with rolling enrollment through April 3, 2024)

The Deeper Conversations for Credentialed Coaches Program offers participants the chance to earn up to 24 Core Competency CCEUs to renew an ICF Credential. 12 hours are offered synchronously and 12 hours are offered asynchronously.

The participants will be taking an in-depth look through a facilitated conversation, at some of the powerful ICF Core Competencies from a new and deeper perspective.

And there are opportunities to coach and be coached in a safe and supportive learning environment where participants can move their coaching skill to a new level of expertise.

Event schedule or other information/comments
The Program is delivered in 8 90-minute live Zoom sessions and 8 90-minute pre-recorded sessions.

Each pre-recorded session focuses on a discussion around a Core Competency as listed below:

Cultivates Trust and Safety
Demonstrates Ethical Practice 1
Demonstrates Ethical Practice 2
Establishes and Maintains Agreements
Maintains Presence
Listens Actively
Evokes Awareness
Facilitates Client Growth

In order to receive Core Competency credit from viewing these recordings, participants will be required to submit a Verification of Learning Form outlining their reflections from watching each session.

Each live Zoom session focuses on one element of Competency #2 Embodies a Coaching Mindset and includes a coaching practicum where participant coaches will have an opportunity receive supportive and positive feedback from the facilitators.

Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays starting March 11 through April 3, 2024

All sessions are 90 minutes starting at 12:00 pm Eastern / 9:00 am Pacific.
