Inclusive Coaching: Making Mistakes & Growth Mindset

In this edition of ongoing conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, we’ll address the hesitation many of us feel around making mistakes. We’ll talk about how a growth mindset can serve us, and about the concept of ‘Intelligent Failure’. Most of all, we’ll have group and subgroup discussions around how these matters show up in our coaching practice, and what we can learn from each other.

This is a 60-minute interactive session. We create a space where confidentiality, respect for every learning journey, empathy, and equality are key.
