Dr Varun Soni

Dr. Soni brings a wealth of experience to the table. As the Dean of Religious Life at the University of Southern California and an Adjunct Professor at the USC School of Religion, he has dedicated his career to fostering spiritual growth in young adults. His diverse educational background, spanning fields like theology, law, and public diplomacy, allows him to approach the issue from a multifaceted perspective.

Dr. Soni’s work focuses on promoting a broader understanding of spirituality, one that extends beyond traditional religious frameworks.

Ram Ramanathan MCC, MP,

As Founder and Mentor Coach, Ram brings an accomplished 45 years to Coacharya. He oversees coaching and training content and approach and is responsible for creating all proprietary coaching models for Coacharya.
Ram held C-suite leadership positions for 25 years during which he turned around companies, helped a billion dollar conglomerate, supervised multinational joint ventures, advised the governments of Indonesia and Singapore,
As a leadership development coach, Ram works with groups and individuals on issues of team-building, alignment of cultural values, co-creation of vision to action
