Masterful Organizational Coaching: how to transform Drama into High Performance

Drama is a psychological model which describes what can derail in relationships. Drama is present everywhere and the main source of waisting resources in organizations. In contrast, leadership can be summarized as the art of transforming Drama into engagement, alignment and High Performance. In this workshop, I will share my MCC coaching experience, and facilitate an open discussion on how to efficiently coach leaders and organizations using this model.
