Meaningful chaos in teams

When managers request team coaching, usually the first things they say are about the team dynamics, about the lack of cooperation and communication. However, the presenting problem is often not THE problem. Actually, without dynamics there would be no innovation. In this workshop we will talk about the four types of dynamics in teams, and the importance of direction and structure. And we will highlight the five team competencies needed for cooperation and innovation.
