Dance with Your Shadow: A Journey of Self-Integration
There are parts of ourselves we embrace with pride—our strengths, talents, and qualities that fit the image we want to project to the world. And then, there are the parts we reject. The aspects of ourselves that feel too messy, or too contradictory. As Carl Jung described, we push these into our shadow—out of sight, yet never truly gone.
But life is a process of integration. It is not about cutting away the pieces we dislike but about weaving them into the full composition of who we are. When we learn to recognize, accept, and even dance with our shadow, we reclaim energy, wholeness, and a deeper sense of authenticity.
What to Expect in This Session
In this session, you will:
✔ Explore what lives in your shadow—hidden fears, suppressed desires, and disowned qualities that influence your choices in unseen ways.
✔ Develop a new relationship with these parts of yourself, moving from avoidance to curiosity, from resistance to acceptance.
✔ Learn practical ways to integrate your shadow
🔹 Small Group Experiential Session (15 participants max) – 12/05/25 @ 15:00 CET - This intimate session will allow for deeper exploration, personal reflection, and interactive exercises to experience what it means to meet and embrace your shadow.
🔹 Larger Group Session (up to 99 participants) – 12/05 @ 10:00 CET - This will be a more informative session, introducing the concept of the shadow and how it shapes our lives. While less interactive, it will provide valuable insights and guidance on how to begin this work on your own.
Whether you choose the deep dive of the small group or the broader understanding of the large session, this journey is an invitation: to stop fighting parts of yourself and start listening to them instead. Because the parts you reject might just hold the key to your wholeness.
