ICF Lebanon Charter Chapter was founded in 2017, building on the foundation of the Lebanese Coaching Association, which began in 2010. Since then, we have continued to grow and thrive. Today, with nearly 130 active members holding high-level credentials across diverse coaching specialties, we remain committed to our mission:
To promote professional coaching in Lebanon while upholding the highest standards of competence, skill-building, and ethics for our members, clients, and partners.

Ruba Atallah

Ruba is an ICF-ACC certified Youth Life Coach, counselor, and trainer with an MA in Special Education/Learning Disabilities. She brings over a decade of experience in youth resilience, parental empowerment, and community well-being.

Soumaya Merhi

oumaya Merhi is a Lebanese entrepreneur who founded TAQA snacks, a pioneer in producing GMO-free and vegan healthy snacks. Driven by values rooted in circular economies and sustainability, she uses TAQA snacks as a vehicle to create awareness in order to leave a positive impact on the community and planet. Today TAQA snacks is a leading brand in the Food and Beverage industry in Lebanon.

Nancy Zakharia

Nancy is a global HR and Talent and Organizational Development leader, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and assessor. She draws on more than 17 years of experience in business and HR practices within different industries and sectors at regional and global levels. Nancy works as well with young university graduates as part of her role and supports their development as they are navigating their professional paths.

Anthony Nahoul

Anthony Nahoul is a Professional Certified Transcendence Mindset Coach, with extensive experience in mindset coaching, motivational speaking, and corporate training.
Anthony is a self-determination Mentor and a motivational speaker.
