In this book I explain how to apply Genogram with Transactional Analysis Method (G+TA) in coaching. The book guides you through my structured G+TA approach, which is founded on the research I started in 2018 when working on my thesis for the INSEAD, EMCCC Executive Master in Coaching & Consulting for Change.
Since, I have been used the approach tested through the research and work with several of my coachees. Having achieved extraordinary results, the people I have worked with, kindly agreed to share their successful journey with the G+TA approach in this book.
